The Criminal Justice Section continues its series of well-received, timely programs on evidentiary issues facing criminal justice practice attorneys. This program will assist prosecutors, defense attorneys, and other criminal justice field practitioners in understanding current evidentiary issues and provides essential MCLE credits in professional practice suitable for newly admitted and experienced attorneys.

This program carries 4.5 MCLE credits in the area of professional practice and has been approved for all attorneys including those newly admitted.

Electronic Media Evidence:  Michael J. Hutter, Jr., Esq., Professor, Albany Law School & Special

Character Evidence:  Robert S. Dean, Esq., Attorney in Charge, Center for Appellate Litigation, NYC

Update on Confrontation Clause Law:  Alfred A. O'Connor, Esq., NYS Defenders Association, Albany, NY

Boxed lunches are optional and will be available at a cost of $15.00 per lunch.

The New York State Bar Association has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York.

Under this policy, any member of our Association or non-member who has a genuine basis for his/her hardship, if approved, can receive a discount or scholarship, depending on the circumstances.
