Social Networking has become the new catch phrase in legal circles but how many understand the ethical dilemmas that may arise when incorporating it into day-to-day law practice?  This seasoned faculty will provide guidance on how to use social networking mediums, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter without raising ethical red flags.  For example, how can Facebook be used to promote your law practice or communicate with individual clients or your overall client base?  What information should you include--or not include--in your LinkedIn homepage.  What are the implications of using Twitter as a way to inform your clients?   This will be an interactive session with time set aside to answer your questions.  You can't afford to miss this timely program!
