Description

This program will provide attendees with an excellent overview of how to represent a DWI defendant in New York. A top-notch faculty of well respected DWI defense counsel will bring you the latest developments in the law, as well as a wealth of practice pointers to be used throughout all phases of the litigation of a DWI case.

The Overall Program Chair is nationally renowned DWI speaker Peter Gerstenzang, Esq. of Gerstenzang, O'Hern, Hickey, Sills & Gerstenzang, Albany.

New this Fall: All program materials will be distributed exclusively online in searchable PDF format, allowing attendees more flexibility in storing this information and allowing you to copy and paste relevant portions of the materials for specific use in your practice.  A CLE NotePad © (paper) will be provided to all attendees at the live program site.  The CLE NotePad © includes lined pages for taking notes on each topic, as well as any PowerPoint presentations submitted prior to printing. Traditional printed course books may be ordered at the program site for a discounted price and will be shipped subsequent to the program date.

Directions

From the New York State Thruway - I-90 (Albany, NY): Take the NYS Thruway I-90 West to Exit 50 (I-290). Take I-290 to the Millersport Highway North Exit. Continue on Millersport North to North Forest Road. Turn Left onto North Forest Road (Mobil Gas Station is on the corner) and 1/2 mile on the left is the Ramada Hotel (just before the traffic light at John James Audubon Pkwy). Turn left into the driveway and continue to the glass rotunda entrance. From the Buffalo International Airport: Turn right out of the Airport Terminal Parking Area onto Genesee St. (Rt.33) and bear to the left. Stay on Route 33 until you see signs to I-90, New York State Thruway (approximately 1/2 mile). Take the I-90 EAST exit to Albany. Take the NYS Thruway I-90 to Exit 50 (I-290). Take I-290 to the Millersport Highway North Exit. Continue on Millersport North to North Forest Road. Turn Left onto North Forest Road (Mobil Gas Station is on the corner) and 1/2 mile on the left is Ramada Hotel & Conference Center (just before the traffic light at John James Audubon Pkwy).
