Description
This program will provide attendees with an excellent
overview of how to represent a DWI defendant in New York. A
top-notch faculty of well respected DWI defense counsel will bring you
the latest developments in the law, as well as a wealth of practice
pointers to be used throughout all phases of the litigation of a DWI
case.
The Overall Program Chair is nationally renowned DWI speaker Peter
Gerstenzang, Esq. of Gerstenzang, O'Hern, Hickey, Sills &
Gerstenzang, Albany.
Proposed New DMV Regulations!
The faculty will discuss the proposed new DMV “look
back” regulations in the context of their respective topics.
Attendees will be prepared to address these new regulations upon
anticipated formal enactment.

practice. A CLE NotePad © (paper) will be provided to all attendees
at the live program site. The CLE NotePad © includes lined pages for taking
notes on each topic, as well as any PowerPoint presentations submitted
prior to printing. Traditional printed course books may be ordered at
the program site for a discounted price and will be shipped subsequent
to the program date.

(FROM AIRPORT: Exit airport, bearing right at stop light. Follow signs
to 390 North, turning left onto ramp. Continue on 390 North to Exit 20A
(490 East Rochester). Follow to Exit 13 (Plymouth Avenue/Downtown West).
Turn right at stop light. Go to 2nd stop light and turn left onto Main
Street. Hotel is ahead 4 lights on left. FROM BUFFALO (90 EASTBOUND):
Take Exit 47 (Leroy I-490). Take 490 East toward Rochester (20 miles).
Follow 490 East to Exit 13 (Plymouth Avenue). Turn right at stop light
and turn left onto Main Street. Hotel is ahead 4 lights on left. FROM
SYRACUSE (90 WESTBOUND): Take Exit 45 (Rochester I-490). Follow 490 West
approximately 15 miles to Exit 16 (Downtown Clinton Avenue). Stay to
your left on Clinton Avenue. At 3rd light, turn left onto Broad Street.
Continue on Broad Street to 3rd light (Exchange Street). Turn right onto
Exchange Street and continue for one block. Turn right onto Main Street.
Hotel is ahead one block on left.
