Two great CLE programs:

1. Former Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye (Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP) will lead a panel discussion amongst Hon. Howard A. Levine (Whiteman Osterman and Hanna LLP), Hon. Elizabeth Hazlitt Emerson (Commercial Division), Robert J. Giuffra, Jr. (Sullivan & Cromwell LLP) and Mitchell F. Borger (Macy’s, Inc.) on “The Chief Judge’s Task Force Report on Commercial Litigation in the 21st Century: From Ideas to Implementation.”

2. What are the key jurisdictional, substantive, regulatory and procedural issues in today’s “Financial Crisis Litigation in the Commercial Division and Federal Courts”? Panelists Hon. Victor Marrero (S.D.N.Y), Hon. Shirley Warner Kornreich (Commercial Division), J. Kevin McCarthy (BNY Mellon), James C. Gange (Davidson Kempner Capital Management LLC), Hector Gonzalez (Dechert LLP) and moderator Benjamin R. Nagin (Sidley Austin LLP) will offer their insights.

Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program has been approved for 3 MCLE credits in Professional Practice. This program is NOT a transitional program and does not qualify for newly admitted attorneys.
