Avoiding potential ethical
pitfalls in the day-to-day practice of law can be a challenge for the
busy attorney. In this program, Deborah A. Scalise reviews
the ethical dilemmas often encountered by practitioners in the areas of
client retainer agreements; maintenance of client-based escrow accounts;
law firm advertising and averting ethical infractions in setting up and
using a solo or small firm legal website. This course includes
written materials in easy to use electronic PDF format which can be
downloaded to your computer for easy reference.
