The speakers will be Alan Kravitz,
Jonathan Grossberg and Jeff Arbeit, three former Tax Court clerks, and
they will speak about the litigation of tax controversies. Their
presentation will have lots of pointers that should be relevant to your
practice even if you expect never to end up in Tax Court. In
addition, Diana Wollman, the Chair of the Tax Section, will share with
us ways to get involved in the Tax Section’s report preparation
process.
