Michael J. Gaffney

Michael J. Gaffney of Staten Island was elected vice-president of the
13th Judicial District on the Executive Committee.
Gaffney is a solo practitioner in civil litigation.
A 31-year member of the State Bar, Gaffney is a member of the House
of Delegates and the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section. He
is a past president of the Richmond County Bar Association and the
Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association.
Gaffney graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta
and earned his law degree from New York Law School.
