Creating a
Global Law Department: China and US Perspectives
The goal of the program is to educate
in house counsel and outside counsel, using US and Chinese lawyers, to
demonstrate how to build an effective global corporate law
department. We will look at the law department structure, crisis
management, corporate compliance, internal investigations,
litigation management, and the client relationship and the attorney
client privilege. This will be an excellent opportunity to
network with in house and outside counsel from the US and China and
explore ways to improve the global Law Department.
