Tax Section Annual Meeting Program

The Annual Meeting of the Tax Section is being held at the Hilton New York in New York City on Tuesday, January 22, 2013.

Panels will cover a range of tax issues, including: Circular 230: Beyond the Legend, Current Developments in Partnership Tax, Current Topics in Corporate Tax, Nexus, Nexus: What’s the Fuss All About? and Hot Topics in International Tax (including FATCA).

Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program has been approved for a total of up to 5 credit hours in professional practice. This meeting will not qualify for credit for newly admitted attorneys because it is not a basic practical skills program.
