Materials Posted for Discussion

Health Law Section members are invited to participate in a new Continuing Education/Health Law resource undertaking. We will be publishing a series of articles, first on the web site and then in the Health Law Section Journal, which we will then invite members to supplement with their own experiences which may be additional or different from those of the author with respect to the
particular topic matter of the article. These e-mail messages will then be published along with the article in the web site section under the "Member Materials." We will therefore be able to have a
permanent archive of research which will be continuously updated by members as they have new and additional experiences in that particular area.

In the dynamic and rapidly moving area of the law in which we practice, this should prove an invaluable resource and assist to all of our Section members.

The first article is written by a member, Robert P. Borsody, and is entitled "Institutional Licensing in New York State: Ownership by Public Companies." For this first article, we are circulating it in draft form to the list serve members as well as posting it on the web site and inviting any comments, corrections or additions to be sent directly to Bob by e-mail at rborsody@fbwhlaw.com

Click to view the Borsody Article.

Bob will then integrate these comments into the draft and it will be published in final form in the issue after next of the Health Law Section Journal. After it is published in the Journal, it will then be put on the web site and it, along with any future
articles, will be supplemented as described above with additional e-mails describing the member's experience and changes in this area.
