Reprint Permission

The New York State Bar Association is pleased to grant permission to reprint an article from The New York Environmental Lawyer in most cases. To obtain reprint permission, please send, fax or e-mail a letter that includes the Publication Name, Article Name, Issue Date and what the article will be used for (including number of copies to be distributed) to:
