The New York State Bar Association is pleased to grant permission to reprint an article from the New York State Bar Association Journal in most cases. To obtain reprint permission, please send, fax or e-mail a letter that includes the Publication Name, Article Name, Issue Date and Article Use (including number of copies to be distributed) to:
