This program recording
examines the emerging and diverse field of Animal Law, provides an
overview of the broad range of subject matter within this practice area,
and concludes with tips on the human side of building an Animal Law
practice. This program details the rise of Animal Law and associated
practices. Participants will be afforded a broad overview of the expanse
of legal matters subsumed under the penumbra of Animal Law, including
pending legislative initiatives in New York. The experienced faculty
will also share their insights on their successes in acting upon their
interest in and concern for animals in ways that transformed their legal
practices.
