This program is intended for both experienced and junior practitioners and provides a broad overview of the emerging field of animal law, explores specific cutting-edge issues in this area, and offers practical tips on incorporating animal law into a law practice. The faculty includes experienced practitioners who have chosen to focus their law practices primarily on animal law or who have incorporated animal law into broader practice areas, as well as practitioners who have enriched their professional lives through pro bono service in animal law.
