This recording qualifies users to apply for enrollment on the list of
the Chief Administrator of the Courts, pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules
of the Chief Judge, in the categories of “Guardian,”
“Court Evaluator,” and “Attorney for Alleged
Incapacitated Person.”
Important note: When you return to us the “Verification of
Participation” form included with this title, we will send you two
certificates: one for your CLE credits and one for your training
qualifying you for appointment as a guardian, court evaluator and
attorney for alleged incapacitated person under Part 36 of the Rules of
the Chief Judge.
