About Jim McElhaney
The most widely read author on trial techniques in the U.S, every month, Jim McElhaney teaches nearly half a million lawyers and judges in his award-winning column, “Litigation,” in the American Bar Association Journal. He is the author of three widely acclaimed books: Effective Litigation (West Publishing Co.), McElhaney’s Trial Notebook (ABA, 4th Ed. 2005), and McElhaney’s Litigation (ABA). Jim McElhaney is the Joseph C. Hutcheson Distinguished Lecturer in Trial Tactics, South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas, and the Baker & Hostetler Distinguished Scholar in Trial Practice, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio.
