This program examines issues raised by
recent fair hearing decisions and cases and their effect on Medicaid
eligibility. An export faculty examines their effect on other elder law
issues including, planning for married couples, funding and
administration of special needs trusts, recent changes in the new Power
of Attorney statute and recent decisions that alter ethical
responsibilities of attorneys.
