nationally recognized and renowned panel of animal law practitioners,
this program provides an in-depth understanding of a variety of current
practical animal law issues every practitioner should know, from
companion animal representation to horses, exotics and wildlife and the
laws that can protect them. Topics addressed include an in-depth
analysis of the property status of animals & the diverging theories
of animal rights versus animal welfare and the types and extent of
protections that can be afforded to animals under each theory, as well
