Notice of Proposed Bylaws Amendments

At the November 17, 2012 meeting and via a subsequent mailing to absent members, the House of Delegates subscribed to proposed Bylaws amendments. Pursuant to Article XVII of the Association Bylaws, notice is hereby given that these amendments will be considered at the January 25, 2013 meeting of the Association at the Hilton New York, New York City.
