The New York State Judicial Screening Committee is seeking applications for the New York State Court of Claims.

The committee will be considering applicants to fill the following positions:

A vacancy resulting from the resignation of a Court of Claims judge who was appointed pursuant to Court of Claims Act § 2(e) and who served as an Acting Supreme Court Justice in the Tenth Judicial District in Nassau County.The term for this position expires June 30, 2017.

A vacancy resulting from the anticipated retirement of a Court of Claims judge who was appointed pursuant to Court of Claims Act § 2(d) and who served as an Acting Supreme Court Justice First Judicial District in New York County.The term for this position expires December 31, 2013.
