Bransten vs. State of New York

Click here to view a copy of the decision just issued in Bransten, et al v State of New York denying a motion to dismiss.  The case was brought by several active and retired Justices of the Supreme Court, and the State and City Associations of Supreme Court Justices.  The prinicpal issue in this litigation is whether the increase in healthcare premiums constitutes an unconstitutional dimunition of salary during our terms of office.
