Password Help

Do you need assistance logging in?

If you are a member of NYSBA, you can log in by entering your username and password. Your password was either mailed to you at your primary business mailing address or sent to you via email.

Your initial username is your first initial and your 6 digit NYSBA ID number, so everything after the first character is a number. (i.e. they are zeros and ones, not the letters "O" and "I"). Your initial password is a random combination of a short common word (hat, boat, car, etc.), and a numeric value, (i.e. BOAT12345). Any character after the short word is a numeric value. Once you log in, you can personalize these access codes by clicking MyNYSBA and then clicking Personal Contact Profile from the left hand menu.

If you have forgotten your password, you can have the system look it up by entering your membership number or email address in the field on the password lookup screen. You can get to the password lookup screen by clicking here. Your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.

If none of this helps you, please enter your name, telephone number, and company name below and a message will be sent to the Webmaster. A representative from our Membership Department will contact you within the next two business days.

If you need assistance with our Web site not related to logging in, please email webmaster@nysba.org and your concerns will be forwarded to the person best able to assist you.
