Elizabeth Shampnoi

Ms. Shampnoi is an Associate Director in the New York Office of
Navigant Consulting, Inc. focused on identifying emerging issues and
trends, developing innovative strategic business initiatives and
preparing tactical responses to market developments. Utilizing her
experience as an attorney, Ms. Shampnoi advises clients in the selection
of experts and consultants in litigation, investigation, regulatory and
valuation matters.
Prior to Navigant, Ms. Shampnoi
was an attorney at the law firm Storch Amini & Munves PC. Her
primary areas of practice included complex commercial litigation,
arbitration and mediation.
Ms. Shampnoi began her career
as the District Vice President of the New York region of the American
Arbitration Association where she advised advocates, in-house counsel
and neutrals concerning all procedural and substantive aspects of
domestic and international alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Shampnoi
has spoken extensively on the subject of alternative dispute resolution,
conducted arbitration and mediation training seminars and published
several articles.
