Law Student Writing Competition Intellectual Property Law Section

To recognize excellence among law students writing on subjects relating to the protection of intellectual property.

Nomination Deadline: December 7, 2012

Date Presented: Annual Meeting in January 2013

Award Criteria: To be eligible for consideration, the paper must be written solely by students in full-time attendance at a law school (day or evening program)located in New York State or by students in full-time attendance at an out-of-state law school who are members of the Intellectual Property Law Section. See the link below for more information.

Prize Awarded: 1st Prize $2,000, 2nd prize $1,000. Winners published in the Section's publication Bright Ideas.
