Product Description

This recording qualifies participants to apply for enrollment on the list of the Chief Administrator, pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge, in the category of “Supplemental Needs Trustee.”

The current substantive body of law governing the appointment and tasks of a supplemental needs trustee, such as the use of SNT income, trustee discretion, preparation of accountings, and interaction with the guardianship court, is covered in this program recording.

In addition, several “cutting edge” developments in Article 81 guardianships are addressed by the experienced faculty members.

Important note: When you return to us the “Verification of Participation” form included with this title, we will send you two certificates: one for your CLE credits and one for your training qualifying you to apply for appointment as a supplemental needs trustee under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge.
