About Jim McElhaney

The Continuing Legal Education Committee of the New York State Bar Association is proud to bring you the most widely read author on trial techniques in the U.S. Every month he talks to nearly half a million lawyers and judges about evidence, procedure and trial techniques in his award-winning column, “Litigation,” in the American Bar Association Journal. Jim McElhaney is the Joseph C. Hutcheson Distinguished Lecturer in Trial Tactics, South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas, and the Baker & Hostetler Distinguished Scholar in Trial Practice, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio.
