2.5 TOTAL MCLE CREDITS (2.5 MCLE credits in areas of professional practice)

This program provides the history, policy and application of veil piercing, alter ego liability and other forms of secondary liability in traditional and more recent (e.g., LLC) contexts. Speakers discuss the factors NY courts focus on to determine whether to hold secondary actors liable.
