The link http://fishkillcreekwatershed.org/pubs.htm will provide you with an environmental education program consisting of a high school biology and earth science curriculum. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Dutchess County Environmental Management Council, Fishkill Creek Watershed Committee, Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority and the Hudson Basin Riverwatch participated in the creation of the curriculum.  The course study was developed to be applicable to any watershed and serves as a model for the entire State of New York.  In an effort to encourage healthy watersheds, the ELS Pollution Prevention Committee will be contacting the State Department of Education to explore the possibility of the Department’s endorsement of the curriculum.
