Real Property Law Section Annual Meeting Program

Panel discussions will include the following: Update on the Leasing Checklist; Using Environmental Insurance to Manage Risk in Real Estate Transaction; Everything You Wanted to Know About Real Estate But Were Afraid to Ask; Bad Boy Carveouts in Exculpated Loan Transactions; State of Mortgage Foreclosure in 2012, and Recent Developments in Attorney Escrow Accounts and Representation of Multiple Parties.

Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program has been approved for 3.5 credit hours Professional Practice. This program is NOT a transitional program and will not qualify for newly admitted attorneys.
