Carl T. Baker
Trusts and Estates Section

Carl T. Baker of Glens Falls is the new chair of the 4,890-member Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Baker is a founding partner at Fitzgerald Morris Baker Firth. He concentrates his practice in trusts and estates.

A 32-year member of the State Bar, Baker recently served as chair-elect of the Trusts and Estates Section. He previously chaired the section’s Committee on Practice and Ethics. He is a past president of the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York and a past director of the Warren County Bar Association.

Baker graduated from Cornell University and earned his law degree from Albany Law School.
