Tucker C. Stanclift
Young Lawyers Section
Tucker C. Stanclift of Glens Falls (Stanclift Law Firm, PC) has been
elected chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar
Association.
Stanclift received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure
University and earned his law degree from State University of New York
at Buffalo School of Law.
Stanclift is the principal of Stanclift Law Firm, PC. His practice
areas includes criminal law, civil litigation, personal injury, vehicle
and traffic law, real estate, family law, wills and estates, contracts,
landlord/tenant and business/corporate. He previously worked for
Sylvestri and Stanclift, LLP and Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart & Rhodes
PC. He served as Washington County assistant public defender in
2005.
A member of the State Bar’s House of Delegates, Stanclift is a
member of the Young Lawyers Section and Criminal Justice Section. He
served as Treasurer of the Young Lawyers Section from 2007-2008 and has
served as the Young Lawyers’ liaison to the Criminal Justice
Section since 2001. He previously served on the State Bar’s
Committee on Standards of Professional Conduct.
Stanclift is a member of the Warren County Bar Association Board of
Directors and serves on the Community and Legislative Relations
Committee. Within his community, Stanclift is a member of the Glens
Falls Community Theatre and the Hudson River Shakespeare Company.
