Jean Gerbini
Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section
Jean Ferguson Gerbini is the new chair of the 2,847-member Torts,
Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar
Association.
Gerbini is of counsel to the Albany law firm of Whiteman Osterman
& Hanna. She concentrates her practice on insurance, corporate and
commercial matters.
A 24-year member of the State Bar, Gerbini recently served as
vice-chair of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section. She
previously chaired the section's insurance coverage and newsletter
committees. She also is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section.
Gerbini graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University
and earned her law degree from Albany Law School. She is a resident of
Delmar.
