Zachary J. Abella

Zachary J. Abella of Manhattan is the new chair of the 1,937-member
General Practice Section.
Abella is an attorney at CBS, where his practice areas include contract
law, intellectual property law, entertainment and media law.
A five-year member of the State Bar, Abella is a member of the House of
Delegates and the Intellectual Property Section.
Abella is a graduate of York University and earned his law degree from
Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He also received an LL.M. from the
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and is licensed to practice in
Ontario, Canada as well as New York.
