Andrew D. Otis
International Section
Andrew D. Otis of Manhattan is the new chair of the 2,076-member
International Section.
Otis is a partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle. He
represents international clients concerned with environmental matters in
transactions and litigation and before government agencies.
A 13-year member of the State Bar, Otis most recently served as the
section’s chair-elect. He co-chairs the International
Environmental Law Committee, a joint committee of the International and
Environmental Law sections.
Otis graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo and
earned his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law. He also
has a master’s degree in public policy from Indiana
University.
