PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This survey of major aspects of estate planning is designed to
provide exposure rather than in-depth instruction. The first in a
sequence of courses offered by the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the
New York State Bar Association, this introduction is intended to
heighten awareness for the issues confronting an estate planning
practitioner.
