Trusts and Estates Annual Meeting Program

The Annual Meeting of the Trusts and Estates Law Section is
being held at the Hilton New York in New York City on Wednesday, January
23, 2013. The MCLE program will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by a
ticketed reception and luncheon at 12:00 p.m.
This year’s program will be “Dying
for Fame: Exploiting the Right of Publicity in the Age of
Celebrity” and will include expert speakers addressing issues
on surrounding the right of publicity. The Keynote Luncheon Speaker will
be Hon. A. Gail Prudenti, Chief Administrative Judge of the State of New
York.
After the MCLE program there will be a cocktail reception sponsored
by Doyle New York from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The Colony Club, 564
Park Avenue. Space will be limited, be sure to reply quickly.
Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program has
been approved for a total of 3.0 credit
hours in areas of professional practice. This program is not
transitional and will not qualify for credit for newly-admitted
attorneys.
