The Annual Meeting of the Tax Section is being
held at the Hilton New York in New York City on Tuesday, January 22,
2013.
Panels will cover a range of tax issues, including: Circular 230:
Beyond the Legend, Current Developments in Partnership Tax, Current
Topics in Corporate Tax, Nexus, Nexus: What’s the Fuss All About?
and Hot Topics in International Tax (including FATCA).
Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program
has been approved for a total of up to 5 credit hours in
professional practice. This meeting will not
qualify for credit for newly admitted attorneys because it is not a
basic practical skills program.
