Joint Meeting of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law and Trial Lawyers Sections
Meeting 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Meeting resumes 1:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.

The Evolution of Electronic Discovery: Electronic Record Keeping in the Digital Age and Social Media Considerations; Excess, Surplus and Specialty Lines Insurance; Automobile Accidents—Beyond the Basics; Worker’s Compensation Liens: The Law and Its Practical Applications; Ethics and Lawyer Civility.

Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program has been approved for 6 MCLE credits consisting of 5 credit hours in Professional Practice and 1 credit in Ethics. This program is NOT a transitional program and will not qualify for credit for newly admitted attorneys.
