The interactive session will cover matters of interest to lawyers whose practices involve school law including
the constitutional right on the part of students to a sound basic education; free speech rights; student data
privacy issues as well as a host of other timely legal issues which school districts have faced this past year.
Audience members will also be provided with a view of what can be expected in the year ahead from
Washington that will impact the manner in which school districts function. Open to educators.
