This program will present a practical “nuts and bolts” approach to New York’s judicial commercial mortgage foreclosure process. The program will cover pre-foreclosure initial steps, steps for the lender, Judicial foreclosure and court-appointed officials, the foreclosure sale and post-sale issues, mortgage foreclosure from the Defendant's perspective, bankruptcy matters, mortgage loan workouts and confronting ethical concerns or challenges.
