CLE Live and Online Seminar, Audio and Video Coupon Book Plan
Gain savings and flexibility in earning your New York MCLE credits with
this Plan. Now is an advantageous time to consider acquiring a coupon
book, available with either five or ten coupons. Not only do
you save money with the Plan, but you gain flexibility in planning the
upcoming CLE needs of yourself, your partners, your associates and any
other colleagues. The coupons provide you with great savings,
convenience and flexibility over their two year life span as you plan to
earn your MCLE credits over the next two years. Coupons may also be used
to purchase any of our online, audio,video and MCLE coursebook
titles.
With the Coupon Plan, individuals, firms and offices
experience:
- Substantial savings in locking in for a two-year period the cost of
attending NYSBA CLE programs or purchasing MCLE - accredited audio and
video albums at prices up to 27% off the regular seminar fees
- Great flexibility and convenience in sharing the passes with other
members of the office or firm.
Here's How the NYSBA CLE Coupon Book works:

Books of five or ten individual coupons may be purchased at any
time.

Each individual coupon is valid for most seminars and
recordings (except for special or multi-day programs)
occurring and available within the two years between book’s
purchase date and expiration date. For special or multi-day
recordings and programs, please call our Registrar’s Office for
instructions on using the coupons. They are "bearer-type"
coupons, which means once purchased, anyone can use them. You may
use the coupons for our half-day programs, video replay sessions and
individual Practical Skills seminars, but their most advantageous use
will be toward our seminar offerings and record- ings which are five or
more hours in length and price.

A non-NYSBA member wishing to use a coupon purchased by a
NYSBA member must submit $85 in addition to the coupon when registering
for a program or purchasing a recording.

There is no limit on the number of books an individual, firm
or office may pur- chase, but all individual coupons must be used for
seminars and products available by the expiration date or they become
void. Coupons are not replace- able if lost.

To use the coupon simply attach it to the completed, standard
program regis- tration or order form and mail to our CLE Registrar in
advance.

Coupons are valid for any NYSBA seminar, audio or video album
(including the album’s course materials) presented or co-sponsored
by the Association’s Committee on Continuing Legal Education.
Coupons are not valid for NYSBA publications, NYSBA
Annual Meeting functions or NYSBA Section meetings. No refunds
are available for books or for unused or expired coupons. Also, partial
refunds are not available if a nonmember purchaser of a book becomes an
Association member during the two year life of the book.

If one registers in advance for a seminar using a coupon and finds
he or she must cancel, our normal cancellation policy applies: a
replacement coupon will be sent to the registrant if we receive notice
by 4:30 p.m. on the day before the date of the program for which
the person is registered. If one does not cancel and does not attend the
program, a complete set of the program’s materials will be
forwarded to the registrant in consideration of the seminar coupon.
Again, coupons must be used for CLE seminars occurring before expiration
date or they become void.
