Fall 2008 Schedule
Newly admitted attorneys are not permitted to earn MCLE credits
through nontraditional CLE course formats, e.g, audiotapes, videotapes,
or CLE Online, without prior permission from the CLE Board. Those based
in law offices outside the United States, however, may earn up to a
maximum of 12 credit hours in any one reporting cycle through
nontraditional course formats without prior permission from the CLE
Board.
