NYSBA CLE Provides:

- More New York-specific CLE instruction in more locations around the
state than any other CLE provider
- Over 225 programs each year, on a wide range of topics and at varied
levels—basic, intermediate, and advanced
- The most extensive practical skills series for recently-admitted
attorneys in New York
- All programs fully MCLE-accredited in New York and virtually so in
all other states (some states do not recognize law practice management
programs for credit, but all of our programs on other topics are
MCLE-accredited in such states)
- Discounts of up to 30% for NYSBA members
Newly admitted attorneys are not permitted to earn MCLE credits
through nontraditional CLE course formats, e.g, audiotapes, videotapes,
or CLE Online, without prior permission from the CLE Board. Those based
in law offices outside the United States, however, may earn up to a
maximum of 12 credit hours in any one reporting cycle through
nontraditional course formats without prior permission from the CLE
Board.
