TOXIC TORT COMMITTEE

Counselors:
It is my privilege to serve as the chair of the Toxic
Tort Committee of the Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law
Section of the New York State Bar Association. I am a partner at Brown & Kelly, LLP. in
Buffalo .
My goal for this Committee is to
create a resource and forum for practitioners in the area of toxic
tort litigation and coverage.
Our Committee has been invited to have
its members contribute matters for publication in the Section’s
publications, including the TICL Journal and the TICL Newsletter. These can take the form of articles, case reviews or
notes on matters of interest. Volunteers are always welcome.
Moreover, you could post an article of interest in the area
of toxic tort litigation and coverage to this webpage by simply
contacting me. I’ll forward your article to the webpage
manager.

If you are aware of attorneys who
practice in our area of law, but are not members, please urge them join
the New York State Bar Association, TICL and the Toxic
Tort Committee. As a member of TICL there is no additional
fee to join this Committee.
