BIOGRAPHY
Kevin Van Allen attended St.
John Fisher College,
Rochester, New
York, from which he
received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Legal
Studies. He received
his Juris
Doctor from the State University of New York
at Buffalo in
2006 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007. Kevin has been in private practice
since his admission to the bar working as a general practitioner with an
emphasis on personal injury, criminal defense and Surrogate’s
Court proceedings. He
presently is an associate of the Presutti Law Office, P.C. in
Geneseo, New
York. Kevin is also the President-Elect
of the Livingston County Bar Association.
