Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee is responsible for making and reporting nominations for the officers; the representatives and alternate representatives from each Judicial District; the liaisons to the substantive sections, divisions, and committees; the chairpersons to the committees; and the editor of Perspective. In addition, the nominating committee is responsible for nominating two (2) members of the Executive Committee to represent the Section as delegates to the NYSBA House of Delegates and one (1) member of the executive committee to serve as alternate delegate to the NYSBA House of Delegates. The report of the Nominating Committee shall be presented by the Secretary to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
