Section?
If you appreciate a wealth of resources, then the
Commercial & Federal Litigation Section is for you! Acting as a
resource for business, civic and governmental groups, the Section
publishes the NYLitigator and the Commercial and Federal
Litigation Section Newsletter, and further promotes research
by publishing and sponsoring educational programs including MCLE
programs at NYSBA's Annual Meeting. The Section also develops new
legislative proposals and comments on pending legislation.
