The mission of the Committee on Creditors' Rights
and Banking Litigation is to contribute to the development of law and
practice in the area of financial litigation by providing a forum where
views on novel issues in this area can be exchanged and by helping to
develop the expertise of practitioners through providing CLE programs
dealing with loan transactional litigation and commercial
bankruptcy.
The Committee on Creditors' Rights and Banking Litigation is
