THE COMMITTEE ON ANIMALS AND THE LAW IS "MAKING A DIFFERENCE"

The New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”) Committee on Animals and the Law (the “Committee”) is a diverse, compassionate, dedicated and professional group committed to making a difference for animals and people. Since its inception in 2002, the Committee has tirelessly worked to elevate Animal Law and thereby help animals and people through constructive and innovative means. This report, “Making a Difference for Animals and People,” reflects a modest attempt to document the Committee’s efforts and the meaningful improvements those actions have contributed towards.
