Law Practice Continuity Committee
The Mission of the Senior Lawyers Section Law Practice
Continuity Committee is to support efforts to assist solo and small
firm practitioners in planning for the orderly transition of their
practice, as well as to identify ways and mechanisms whereby another
qualified attorney can be authorized to intervene and protect the
interests of the clients of a deceased, disabled or absent solo and
small firm practitioners who have not made adequate provision in advance
for his or her inability to continue representing clients.
